No. But without hosting and maintenance, your site doesn't stay online. Every site we build needs at minimum the Essentials plan for hosting.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. We'll prorate the difference.
What counts as a "content update"?
Changing text, swapping images, updating hours, adding a team member, updating pricing. Anything that doesn't require structural redesign.
What if my site goes down?
We monitor 24/7 and get alerted immediately. Most issues are resolved before you even notice them.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No long-term contracts. If you cancel, you keep your domain and we'll help you transition to another host.
What's NOT included?
New page designs, major feature additions, or e-commerce changes. Those are scoped as separate projects at agreed-upon rates.
