Patients Choose You
Before the First Visit.
Provider bios, service pages, insurance info, patient portal access - a website that represents your practice, not your EHR vendor's template.
Every Practice Website
Looks the Same.
If your website came from your EHR vendor or a healthcare marketing company, it looks like every other practice in town. Same template. Same stock photo of a stethoscope draped over a laptop. Same "We're accepting new patients!" banner. Patients can't tell you apart from the practice two blocks away.
Patients today research their healthcare providers online before they book. They read bios, check credentials, look at what services you offer, and verify you accept their insurance. If your website doesn't answer those questions quickly and clearly, they move on to the next result.
The vendor template might technically have all those pages, but they're buried in generic layouts with content that reads like it was written by a committee. Your practice has a personality, a philosophy, a team of real people. Your website should reflect that.
Built for How Patients
Choose a Provider.
Provider Bios & Credentials
Education, board certifications, specialties, years of experience. Patients research their doctors before booking. Give them what they're looking for.
Services & Specialties
Detailed pages for each service you offer. Primary care, pediatrics, dermatology, whatever your focus - each specialty gets its own searchable page.
Patient Portal Link
A prominent, easy-to-find link to your patient portal. No hunting through menus. Patients log in to check results, message providers, and manage appointments.
New Patient Information
What to bring, what to expect, downloadable intake forms, pre-visit instructions. Remove the anxiety of a first visit by answering questions upfront.
Insurance Accepted
A clear, updated list of insurance plans you accept. This is the first thing patients check. If they can't find it, they call your front desk or move on.
ADA Accessible
Healthcare websites have a heightened responsibility for accessibility. We build with WCAG standards - proper contrast, screen reader support, keyboard navigation.

Healthcare Practices.
How much does a healthcare practice website cost?
Our standard rate is $2,500 for the build. Care plans start at $69/month for hosting, security monitoring, and support. Multi-provider practices with extensive service pages may require custom pricing.
Is the site HIPAA compliant?
We don't store or transmit patient health information on the website. Contact forms collect general inquiries only. For patient communication and health data, we link to your existing HIPAA-compliant patient portal. The website itself is a marketing and information tool.
Can it integrate with our EHR or patient portal?
We link directly to your patient portal (MyChart, Athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.) so patients can access it from your site. We don't replace your EHR system - we make it easier for patients to find the login.
How is this different from the website our EHR vendor provides?
EHR vendor websites are templates shared across thousands of practices. Same layout, same stock photos, same generic content. Your site will reflect your practice, your team, your community - not a cookie-cutter template that looks like every other doctor's office.
How long does the build take?
Most healthcare practice sites are live within 1-2 weeks. Practices with extensive provider bios and service pages may take a bit longer. We want to make sure everything is accurate.
